Your purchases of products through and use of our Website are governed by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer & Terms of Use.
Product: We offer legal industrial hemp products grown pursuant to a cultivation license from the Colorado Department of Agriculture. Colorado has implemented an agricultural pilot program under Section 7606 of the 2014 U.S. Farm Bill. The Farm Bill defines ‘‘industrial hemp’’ as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. Restorative CBD makes no guarantee of the lawfulness of any product offered on the Website or that you will be able to pass a drug test after consuming products available on the Website.
None of the products listed on the Website have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”). By using this Website, you acknowledge that you understand that the statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or ailment; and that results from our products may vary. Always check with a physician before trying any new dietary supplement, medicinal herb, or botanical extract.
Although Restorative CBD ships throughout the U.S., we encourage all of our customers to research their individual state and local laws.
Product Availability: We may set limits on the number of products you may purchase on the Website. These limits may be based on factors such as product availability. If we determine after your purchase that some or all of the products you have ordered are not available, we will either refund the entire purchase or the portion of the purchase that is no longer in stock.
Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods for purchases made through our Website: Visa and Mastercard. All listed purchase prices are in United States dollars, and we do not accept foreign currencies.
Order Confirmation: After you purchase on the Website, we will present you with a confirmation page and send you a confirmation email with an order reference number. You must confirm that an order was placed. If you do not receive a confirmation page or email, we will not be responsible for any losses you sustain.
Order Processing: We need two full business days to process any order received, Monday through Friday. The average delivery time is five to seven business days. Please allow seven business days before contacting us with any questions concerning the status of your order.
Shipping Information: We only ship our products within the United States. All packages are sent according to customers’ shipping method requests (e.g., ground vs. two-day or three-day).
All products sold will come in heat-sealed containers, inside commercial-grade vacuum-sealed bags, generic tan bubble envelopes, or cardboard boxes, with the generic return information.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for any items you purchase from us pass to you upon our delivery to a carrier.
Fees: In addition to shipping fees, products purchased on the Website may be subject to a non-refundable order processing fee.
Transfers: Our products are intended for use by you and are not intended for resale to third parties. If you resell our products, you do so at your own risk.
Refunds and Exchanges: Our orders are 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. We will either refund or replace products if a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, with the exception of any shipping or other fees. We reserve the right to require you to return any products you have purchased before refunding or exchanging your order.
Restorative CBD products can be returned within 14 days of receiving if the seal arrived broken, unused, or damaged. All others return or exchange within 14 days of an unopened product and the protective seal must be fully intact.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification: By purchasing any product on the Website, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Restorative CBD and its agents, managers, officers, directors, representatives, and employees from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Claims”) arising from or growing out of any acts or omissions you commit, including but not limited to, violation of any applicable law, regulation, or order.
In no event will you be entitled to recover from Restorative CBD any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, or any damages for loss of data, profits, revenue, reputation, business, or goodwill, even if the Restorative CBD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
